For afternoon round are we using a 6 sided dice and eliminating a tee box or will there be multi-sided dice thus opening up all tee box combos?

I bristle at the suggestion that riding on a completely full course would possibly help pace of play. That will not be the pace problem, if there is one (which judging by the pace at most refuge events, there will be)
