Have you only had Burials distributed stuff? Or have you waited in the 2 hour long line to get the brewery only stuff each Friday?

lol Ive never had it

I am just messing around.

But if those lines are true, then that’s some Trillium level shit and that’s no joke. Trillium is the best beer I’ve ever had.

I wouldn’t call Burial a Raleigh brewery, even though they have a location here. They’re Asheville.

Love to see a Funguys shoutout, live right down the street. Their hazy IPA’s are excellent. Can’t mention Raleigh without Trophy, though.

Lets talk Birdsong, Heist, Legion, Triple C, Noda, Old Meck, etc in CLT…

Sycamore has some of the best beer can designs

This we can agree on, Trillium >> Treehouse (even though I love treehouse)

Trophy is great, but they aren’t as creative as a lot of others. But that pizza at their Morgan Street spot… fuckkkkking so good

I can be talked out of many things, but you’re going to have to pry my love of Wegmans from my cold, dead hands.

When did this become an inferior NC city thread?

More Atlanta talk.

I need a debate of Dekalb Farmer’s Market in ATL and Jungle Jim’s in Cincy…

Just a small note… We have Publix in Virginia and they are in North Carolina. It does not stop in South Carolina

ATL is a great airport. It’s issue is location. Getting to/from it if you’re visiting Atlanta fucking stinks. If I have business on the north side of town I seriously debate driving from Raleigh versus flying. Why doesn’t a city do that size have a second airport option (I.e. midway, love field, etc)?

You can fly private and maybe some super small regional stuff in and out of Dobbins and PDK, but I’m with you. Alpharetta getting an airport would solve things.

Good lord how far north are you doing business?

I’m fairly certain the idea of a 2nd airport on the north side has been tossed around. At this point though you’d have to put it waaaaay north to have room for it but the geographic sprawl will probably necessitate it at some point

In all fairness though, what airports are convenient to city centers? LGA & JFK both far from Manhattan… LAX impossible to get out of… SFO 30 minutes south of town… Logan is on a damn island… Dulles might as well be in West Virginia… Denver is way out. Was going to use Paris CDG as an example of taking like an hour to get into the city but then I remembered they have a 2nd airport. Point made.

Also, if you’re going anywhere in north Fulton, MARTA all the way. Cobb or Gwinnett… can’t help ya.
