Sorry for the delay Sam, this month has been a terror thus far. Got off a call with Mike G. last night and weāve got some good stuff mapped out. The big thing right now is figuring out the logistics of cost and commitments. Our level of commitment really plots out the day for us, so if we hypothetically get 80 people at $150/person, then we can get the course for the entire day with two rounds of 18 holes but if we donāt, then weāre in the same position as last year with fixed tee times for one round. Heās working on getting some extra info to me in the next few days, so Iāll process that once I get it and share with the crew!

Yeah count me enthusiastically behind the all day golf idea, thatās a no-brainer.
Iāll be one of the few if not only just 18 holers.

Playing in a golfers journal event at Lancaster CC that is 36 holes: the first 18 is four ball and the second is just a big skins game.
So thatās something people do. We could call it 200 and get nuts.

Alright guys, plan for July 16th, starting anywhere between 12:30pm and 1:00pm regardless of full course rental or tee times. Many thanks to those that have already reached out and expressed commitments for the $150 price point, just a fair statement that itās not locked in stone, that was just a simple calculation of $12,000 (for all-day course rental)/80 players = $150 each, (not inclusive of food and beverage or tee gifts, just the price of golf).
My biggest goal looking at this event is trying to find a good balance of golf, F&B, tee gifts and a decent enough contribution to Philabundance without breaking the bank or asking too much of anyone.

Hello again all. I have the all clear from the good lady wife to be available this weekend, just have to sort accomodation at her Auntās place round the corner which shouldnāt be an issue. My brother was originally on the google doc but he can no longer make it. I removed his name but left the row open (row 40). Wasnāt sure what the right protocol is but wanted everyone to know his spot is up for gabs.
