I played Makefield years ago after hearing a lot of good stuff about it and was totally underwhelmed, never went back.
But they have some computer glitch where every few months I get an email from them confirming tee times that I haven’t made. It’s so annoying

I’d say we can try and accommodate desired groups as best as possible. I’ll probably wind up putting out a call a week or two beforehand to see if anyone has any preferences, otherwise it’ll just be randomized.
If this thing is half as good as last year it will be a blast. Looking forward to this!!!

I only live about 90 min from here. Im a totally new golfer…just started playing last year. Handicap is probably 20-25 of the white tees. Is this something for all or for better golfers???

I’d be remiss if I did not make it known early that my wife, a fellow nester, is expecting our first son on July 26. So there is a chance much higher than zero that I will be a late scratch.
Congratulations to you and your wife!! We’re definitely gonna have people drop off, that’s expected, but that’s tremendous news and an incredibly wonderful reason to be a scratch for the day. No worries whatsoever!

Joe, going to try and catch up with my contact there following this weekend to lock all of that down and plot out next steps.
So I’m gona be travelling soon, and in Virginia Beach in July visiting the in-laws. My wife’s aunt also lives (from memory King of Prussia) pretty close to Jeffersonville so I’m gona throw my name in the sheet but would put myself down as a 20% chance if it’s the 16/17th.
