Splash of OJ (Florida Roost)

Not sure how true it is, but I’ve heard that you can play a 6 hole loop of red or blue. Each course’s 6th hole comes back near the clubhouse. Not sure how one would book it, but if sun light becomes an issue it’s a potential option.

This sounds vaguely familiar. Definitely ask if time is limited.

Thank you all for the info! I will for sure call them up and ask about the loop. I asked too about walking 36 because I wasn’t sure if 4-4 1/2 hours was the norm, or if they struggle with 5/6 hour rounds, which could make playing 36 difficult.

1st time long time…

Located in West Palm and always down for a game.

Excited to #getinvolved

Getting out to the park at 9:24 on sat. Dunno if there are still times available

Welcome! I’m up in North Palm Beach. Are you a local or new to the area?

Cant do this weekend. Appreciate it tho. Im pretty booked weekends thru the new year.

Havent been up to the park nearly enough recently.

Anyone know someone who could hook up a single to play with a member at Mountain Lake next week (New Years week)? Greatly appreciated!

Let me know if you need to round out that 4ball :joy:

I’d help with the Mountain Lake request but I’m already pulling strings to get that guy on at Nanea

Hi all,

I’ll be visiting my dad in St Augustine in mid-January. It’s his first year snowbirding from PA, so he hasn’t played anywhere yet. Any recommendations on quality public tracks in a ~30 minute radius? Will probably play St John’s Golf Club based on previous recommendations.

Appreciate any help in advance!

Several options just north along CR-210, including St. Johns G&CC, Southampton, and possibly Stillwater (not sure their public access in snowbird season).

Definitely avoid Royal St. Augustine unless you love semi-blind fairways with water everywhere. Also likely avoid Cimarrone unless it’s in pristine condition.

I really enjoyed Eagle Harbor and St John’s G&CC. Played both golf course on WGHOF property and they were fun as well, but the first two have a better price point.
