Greetings @ASplashOfOJ just wanted to announce some of the changes that will be implemented for next season. Feel free to reach out via DM or in this thread with any questions, comments, etc.
Events
- Number of Events: 6 sanctioned events
- Majors: 2 major events with higher point values; one will be an NIT Qualifier
- Venues: Held at higher-end golf courses
Entry Fees/Skins Games
- Regular Events: $30
- Major Events: $40
- Allocation: Charity & prize pool 50/50 split
- Optional Skins Game: $20 gets you in gross and net skins
Event Formats
- Net Stroke Play w/ Max Course Handicap of 24
- Modified Quota
Regional Qualifiers
- Top 2 in points from sanctioned events
- 2 captains picks
We will continue to use Unknown Golf for scoring and additionally it will be used for registration as well. Fields for each event will be limited, once youâre signed up, youâll be moved to the wait list. You will only be moved to the field once the entry fee is received. We will continue to use Cash App for entry fee collection.
There is some discussion being had about match play returning in some capacity for some fun competition and a few dollars. I would also encourage people to set up any golf for some smaller groups, as that is what this is all about in the first place. I look forward to announcing the first event soon which is looking like middle of October.

Our first event will be held at Grand Cypress (Links Course) on 10/12, signup link will be made available this Friday with more details. The field will be 24 players.
As mentioned previously, weâre setting the expectation that every event will be played a higher end course.
