Best time today. We really kind of imploded on the back nine; we really felt we were in contention, but we just couldn’t make any putts. Or tee shots. Or mid-irons.

I feel the need to provide a free ad about the awesomeness of this group of guys and the event today.
I have an aversion to having much of an online presence so I am not active in The Refuge. It was obvious that most of the group knew each other but everyone was extremely friendly and open to this “outsider”. I can’t recommend attending one of these events enough. If you live within driving distance of any of these events, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t attend.
I was part of the lead group and had a great time playing some pretty bad golf with good guys. I even made contact with a guy who lives near me and exchanged numbers for future play. Keep up the good work, boys.

Had an amazing time today, and it had absolutely positively nothing to do with my score today. Completely validated my decision to join this board at the rec of @Hwhite Today was a really great experience. Shout out to my playing companions @anon47037505 @tuNfloG and @djpie shoutout to dormant fairways, shout out to wind for being a great antagonist, shout out to Mr. Hanse and Mr. Shackelford for designing a true test of golf. My next mission is to Gearhart Links, I look forward to making more bonds and friendships with any of the refuge golf psychopaths that decide to show up there. Today was too good, that is all
