Great setup, tell me about the heater. Moving soon, big garage and want to heat it.
Thanks boys. My wife was totally cool with this setup. (she’s my second wife).
The heater is called a Modine Hot Dawg. 45,000 BTU. Gas fired and power vented.
I wouldn’t ever leave that place.
Hey guise, since there’s no crazy controversy on the refuge tonight, I wanted to start some! Brought to you by Drew “Enemy of Joy” Harvie.
Ugh this putz
Man, I see that guy everywhere and have no idea who he is, other than the fact that he is pissy about everything.
This fucking guy.
He’s just a complete fuckbag. He’s one of like 5 people I have blocked on twitter (shoutout to Damien Cox and Steve Simmons) that make my life better.
Just in case you were all having too good of a day!
And he’s actually NO ONE. Just some loser who thinks he knows everything about architecture and likes to be contrarian to get attention.
To be fair, I’ve never played Tobacco Road. I’d like to, but for now I don’t know how I feel about the place. That said, he’s such a pretentious fuck I will hate on whatever he posts.
Also well done on the Cox and Simmons blocks.
I’ve been to TR. Never played it, but I’ve been and all I can say is it is an ethereal experience without even having swung a club on property.
I feel like we have a good group of guis in here based on the fact that everyone seems to hate Simmons and Cox.
Absolutely. It’s great to have some cool internet friends who will hate douchebags with me. Thanks all for sharing my outrage.
Maybe a duck trip to pinehurst/tobacco road is necessary (in 5 years when covid is done). We can take pictures and send them to Harv.
Count me the fuck in.
I’m working on getting one of my golf sicko buddies, who is a huge NLU fan and lurks the refuge, more involved on here.
He’d be all over the Tarandowah event next summer and he would 100% be in on a North Carolina trip.
Love it. That would be a crazy fun trip.
I’m down.
Same friend and I have discussed a roadie to Sweeten’s for a weekend. Get enough guise and we might be able to make the birdhouse a possibility…
Now THIS is on my short list. 10hr drive, not nose bleeding expensive, loop after loop after loop…
