I’m coming down to Charleston Thursday and was trying to play the muni but it’s all booked up. looks like someone mentioned Stono Ferry above, any other recs if I can’t get on Stono?
If you’re a single you might be able to go out to Muni and fill an open spot. Easy walk and fun.
looked online and all of the slots in my window are taken unfortunately, was really hoping to get out there. might try to play there Sunday before we leave.
or I could just make the buddy who I’m supposed to be picking up from the airport at 4 wait a couple hours and take the 1:03…decisions

@ET_Strange and @jfreemon the google group is saying emails are bouncing to you guys. Can you let me know if you got a google group invite or if the email you guys put down on the sheet was wrong?
Jason - Yours are probably bouncing because you’re the only person on the planet with an AOL email still. Do you have to hunt down free 100 hour CDs every few weeks?

What is the group consensus on best Kiawah course other than Ocean?
After finally playing Turtle in December I can confidently say that I don’t like any of the resort courses (especially when factoring in how they are priced) outside of Ocean. Curious to hear what others have to say. Maybe someone here has connections and could get you on River or Cassique?
I would tend to agree. Aside from Ocean, I’ve played Cougar and Turtle. While they are in great shape, and very beautiful courses, they just aren’t the most fun. The bang for your buck just isn’t there.
If I didn’t play them through the Kiawah stay and play deal, I would be really hesitant to pay $200+ for any of the non-ocean public courses. I can’t say I prefer one over the other

Did Osprey and Ocean on the same day, to take advantage of replay rate. Having seen the thoughts on all the others I don’t think I would ever pay full boat for a single round on any of the others including Osprey.

Simple solution is to play two rounds at the Ocean Course in a day. You’ll be so deflated about your game you won’t play for 6 weeks, thus making back the money you would have otherwise spent during that time.
