As a 22 year old with no kids, I don’t have that “new perspective” yet. I will be opting out of my own made up clause anyways.

If you decide to have kids someday you will find there is a higher value in your time than there is at this part of your life.
My list
1.) if I get the green light to play, I’m playing. I don’t care if it’s 37 degrees or 90 and raining. If I can play, I’m going to play,
2.) when I have the ability to play, I want to ensure I can enjoy it, so avoiding log jammed, poorly maintained courses matters to me.
3.) Early morning tee times are your friend if you can get them

Played in Des Moines on March 3rd last year, surprised they aren’t open yet down there.
There is actually more snow on the ground in Iowa right now but they are in the 50/60s next week.

Right. Not to mention Southview and Mendakota? Would have thought they could have at least tossed a mid tier private club in the mix (Oak Ridge, North Oaks, etc.)

I was hoping there were saving the big hitter for last as it seems the list is still 1 short of the normal amount of offerings, but yeah I am not excited about this year’s offerings. Especially after last year playing WBYC on a gorgeous August morning. I guess I might just try for the TGJ 2 Man at Hazeltine this year.

Qualifying sites for the Players/Mid-Players and the Am are extremely underwhelming this year too. Seems like a ton are way outstate and the metro options are very few.
Membership is up (or full) and 2020 saw a record number of rounds pretty much everywhere so on the margin I would think clubs were less interested in hosting in 2021 vs. previous years.

I went through the process twice and it never prompted me for payment. I reached out MGA and they said there was a glitch…
It’s a metaphor for my golf game, can’t miss, sure thing…YANK (or push, I don’t remember what side he missed it). If it helps you cope with your repressed memories I was at the game and can still here all of us idiots chanting SUPER BOWL with 5 minutes left.
