I’ll be playing in the qualifier at Eagle Creek in Willmar, figured i’d give it a shot this year. Think there’s 13 spots there too but less people. Only 6300 yards though, my guess is that 73-74 qualifies here
I’m playing mine at Northfield CC on Monday. I think there are 14 spots available there. Good luck!
Feels good to be at the course with some great guis @bignanski @SDykhoff42

What time was that? @waffs and I went off at 3:20 for our competition.
10 strokes was too much for the poor guy to overcome. After almost hyperventilating I was hitting it so bad on the range to start I managed to get it turned around. After some shaky holes early and back and forth I pulled a head but Matt battled back to get to 1 down shortly after the turn. Some opportunistic pops on a couple of consecutive holes on the back allowed me to finally pull ahead and win 4 & 3. I promptly tripled 16 before going birdie birdie to finish and avoid any accusations of handicap management.
If anyone is interested in a barely used Jones Player Series Carry bag, let me know. Impulse bought it at the end of last season, but then got a stand bag replaced due to a warranty issue. DM me for pics. Trying to stay local.
The dark horse marches on
it was around 1-2ish? might not have been you guis so #thebrandisstrong!
@bobs219 and I played some of the best golf we’ve played all year, and he came out victorious… is what I wish I could say. In reality I limped to the turn at 4 down and proceeded to lose the 10th to put me 5 down. @bobs219 then decided he wanted to prolong the match for as long as possible and allowed me to claw back to 2 down with 2 to play. Bobs stroked on the 17th, and it proved pivotal when he made a clutch 7 footer for a 5, net 4 to halve the hole and win the match 2&1.
Loggers was a fun walk, just wish I would have played better. At least I won’t have to drive 3 hours south to play my next match. Thanks to @earlsmithiii for joining us.
