You should have seen @Mystic rocking the Tanimal while being my net mule on Saturday morning. Lost about 4 balls on the first 3 holes then he caught a little stripe show in the middle with probably 7 pars before he tapped out on 18.

This has been my experience with @Mystic. For the first couple holes, you wonder if heās ever golfed before. Which is promptly followed by an onslaught of net birdies and pars until the last few holes, regressing into his opening form. His handicap management strategy is essentially a bell curve.

The course tour on their website looks really good. Lots of buzz words that should pique the interest of refuge guis.
I mean it sounds like the perfect place for my kid(hopefully future kids) to grow up while I carry a sevon iron, wedge, putter, and a beer around.

Confirmed last night. Total restoration. James Duncan, Coore and Crenshaw disciple running the ones and twos. Itās going to be sweet!
Edit: Routing restoration and getting two holes back. There is still going to be the gross details that were left from all the ugly work in the 60s, but getting 3 templates back and getting back to the original routing. Lot of the heavy lifting for a total restoration

Holy shit guysā¦ disappointed to hear they arenāt completely blowing it up.
They have certainly blown a lot of it up. - Next month they are gonna blow up two more holes so they can get the shaping and stuff done before the winter.
