Thinking of playing Peninsula/possible Kearney next week for the Dye double if any wants to join…Peninsula is $16 to walk during week!

Kearney was one of my favorite tracks back in grad school. How is Houston Oaks looking? Played Old Silo a ton as well.

It was absolutely beautiful and an incredible experience. Score, however, was not great. Really struggled to hit fairways and shot an 89. It was an incredible day, though.

Thinking Peninsula Monday 6/8 mid morning or Weds/Thurs , the more the merrier!

Edit: Peninsula -Thursday @ 11:44am

Hey guys, as a native Kentuckian living in Florida, I am going to be heading up for 4th of July week. After doing a run through Sweetens Cove, my brother and I will be playing in the Lexington area. Peninsula is definitely on my radar for one day and we are looking at potentially Northern Kentucky for day two. Possibly looking toward Louisville, what do you guys think would be a good spot to go to?

Louisville: The best value and open to public is Nevel Meade. It’s about 20 minutes from the heart of Louisville. It is so good.

Had a few friends play Chariot run two weeks ago, said it was in great shape.

Definitely on the target list. We were both actually born nearby Cinci and have never played in the area, but he’s getting married on Halloween (hopefully) so I’ll be back up in the area in the fall for more golf options!

Lots of good golf up that way. My buddy @thethirdlew lives up there, could probably help

Yo, nky has some solid public options.

Lassing Pointe is usually really good. $$
Devou Park gets better every time I play $
AJ Jolly is a little off the beaten path but I enjoy it. $

Cinci:
Aston Oaks (West Side) $$
Stonelick Hills (East Side) $$$
Legendary Run (Batavia) $$
Elk Run (Batavia) $$
Avon (Downtownish - Refuge favorite) $

Anybody in Cumberland for the week/weekend? Just got into town and I’m excited for the best golf around me to be state park courses.

Planning on playing general burnside tomorrow afternoon, if anyone’s interested let me know!

Dale hollow is the plan for later in the week. I’m here with the in-laws so by the end of the trip I likely won’t care how far I have to walk.

Playing Champions Trace as a guest on Saturday. Any advice for those that have played the track?

Dial in your numbers. Stay on the right tiers. Drink a lot of water because it gets hot and muggy as shit

Any of you who are in or around the Ashland, KY area, there is a golf scramble at Bellefonte Country Club on Friday, August 14th.

All proceeds benefit the Joshua Reliford Memorial Foundation. We started this organization in memory of a good friend who passed away in 2018. The funds are used to provide scholarship opportunities for students in the Ashland area pursuing a career that involves working with youth (i.e. elementary education, pediatrics, etc.). We just gave our first scholarship to a student from the 2020 class.

If you’re at all interested click the link below for some more info. Or feel free to reach out with questions.

Hey guys, wanted some thoughts on a course. Has anybody recently played Kenny Perry’s Country Creek or have any opinions on the course itself? May be heading that way for part of my trip upcoming next week and might try to do a morning round there.
