I play twin bridges, quail creek, and Pittsboro pretty often through the summer. Would enjoy getting together for a round.

Happy Holidays–and what would be holiday cheer without a threat! Going to shut down the Match Play signup on Feb 1st, 2025, and there will be a final warning before then. BUT–I would love to finalize our pods and have that ready as we enter the new year. Anyone have a country club membership in the Indianapolis area? I had one at Twin Lakes a few years ago but work was taking up to much time and it wasn’t worth it anymore.

Can’t make the trip but hope you do and have a great time. Seriously though, be careful on that late drive back. Closest I’ve ever been to falling asleep behind the wheel was after a long day of walking at Sweetens two years ago. Those long stretches of I-69 with no traffic almost did me in. Drunks passed out in the back didn’t help either!
Yeah, going to be prepared for that.
Planning on taking a cart at Sweetens and packing work clothes in case I need to stop somewhere on the drive back.

I play out at CCI, to me it’s a great value and nice to not have to fight for a tee time or plan days in advance. I live closer to Twin Lakes, but CCI was a little cheaper and I prefer the golf course.

CCI is cheaper than Twin Lakes? Might have to make a serious inquiry about joining.
Probably going to depend on your age group/member class. Cheaper, was probably the wrong word - better value IMO. That’s no shade a Twin Lakes as I’m sure they could charge even more given the location and how hard it is to get a tee time on the North side.

Yup totally understand what you mean. Im just west of Eagle Creek, and while i love playing there and the surrounding courses in the area. Who wouldn’t want better access to tee times? Im under 30, but dont know the full classification at CCI.
I checked earlier this year and Twin Lakes was 4K initiation and 334 monthly dues for me, I’m 36. Not sure what the imitation fee was but the monthly was maybe 150 more a month?

Hello Indiana friends & happy almost playing season! I won’t be seeing most of you until Birds of a Feather in October, but I’ll be heading to the Indy 500 in May & am thinking about playing French Lick the Saturday prior & Pfau Course at IU on Memorial Day the day after.
Anybody want to test the waters on a potential partner situation & tag along either day? I know it’s a busy weekend, but figured I’d check. Craic on!

In the spirit of “Getting to know you, getting to know all about you” remember that Birds of a Feather will be a blind draft based on a draftee profile. You won’t know who you are picking until you have chosen… we really wanna have this thing be as random as can be.
That being said, I’m certain that you’ll be able to find someone to tackle Pfau with you.
