Because my friend isnt able to go I have a spare reservation for Sweetens Cove on Thursday April 17th. Let me know if interested

Hey y’all, looking for somewhere to play on my drive down to Chattanooga this weekend. Was planning on Sewanee but looks like that’ll be too much of a detour for the time I have. Anything good near 127 or I-75 between Knoxville and Chatt?

I’m playing Willow Creek in Farragut (west Knoxville) this afternoon, and I can report back.

Harrison Bay in Chatt is a good track (Barbara! They’re talking about my bear trace course!), and I’ve heard good things about Brainerd in Chatt, which is a Donald Ross front 9

Im heading down to Farragut tomorrow, the weather looks like its gonna suck.

Love Willow Creek, its right around the corner from my buddies house. Id recommend it, its a really nice course.

Id recommend Egwani Farms in Rockford too, but if its been wet down there that could be dicey and might be a little out of the way.

I didnt realize (poor reading comp) you were looking westward, based on the route to Chattanooga!

Wind River in Lenoir City, thats another one thats along your path that Id recommend. I played it in early spring/late winter(?) though and the dormant Bermuda ate me alive. Toquoa is another one I played out that way that was a good course, great condition and its usually a bunch of olds out there. Lastly Id say The Links at Kahite. Played there last year, amazing conditions for a golf course, excellent greens, also usually an older crowd so the back tee boxes were immaculate. Not sure why they call it Links though, because it is decidedly not links, but they do have a par 6 on the course!

There might also be a member at Holston or Cherokee on here but that’s more east Knoxville.

Hello, I have been a nest member for a few months now but am dipping my toes into the message board. Curious if anyone is around the Johnson city area that is wanting to get some rounds in this summer?

Willow Creek look sick. Might not have time for a full 18 on the way down but definitely going to try and hit this one on the way back.

I’m in Sevierville but that’s about 90 miles away. We’re kind of at a locus point of several roosts but it also makes it a little tough to #getinvolved because it’s a significant drive to most of the central points.
