Real tee boxes at both courses and Tam had work done several years ago to update their bunkers and to control flooding.
I like Tam a little more because of their green complexes as well as The Howard Street Inn.

As AlC mentioned, they have real tee boxes these days. But Edgebrook still has mats on every hole. Some holes also have grass tees, but a lot just have mats on concrete. A modest course obviously, but for the city, it has some interesting elevation changes. Like the par-3 5th for example.
