Music Suggestions 2 - driving fast in my car

Absolutely does. And much like the last Paramore record (which is a masterpiece) there’s something for every Coheed fan on this one. Very much carrying through the sound from the last record but mixing in a lot of old school feel on some tracks. And then the melodic callbacks to The Afterman are just :pinched_fingers:

Words cannot express how much I love this song

I might listen to it 100 times today

I’m late to the Coheed Vaxis III party, but I’m so glad that the originally released singles weren’t an indicator of the full theme and tone of the album. Right now the title track, *Father of Make Believe, * Play the Poet, and Continuum I - III are doing it for me the most.

Hard co-sign. Searching for Tomorrow also goes for me

The bridge rips, the rest still needs to grow on me, but it could easily make the list.

It just grooves. Definitely the more modern Coheed sound but I like it

You have an over under on the number of minutes listened in 2025? :grimacing:

Zedd and Mayer from Coachella.

Loving the resurgence Mayers had the last few years w the Dead and some of these collabs. Allegedly he is finishing a new record post Sphere residency.

I didn’t know I needed this today.

Bilmuri Live from Atlanta. The drummer Xavier Ware is fucking ridiculous. Gabi Rose on sax is fun as hell. Pop Punk/Country, is probably not for everyone…

New Djo is hit or miss but the highs of the album are very high.

Fans of Dominic Fike or Wallows should find some stuff they like!

I think about this song 3 or 4 times a day. If you ever want to talk about Direct Hit! please let me know. Or just go download Brainless God and listen to it front to back immediately.

(this song was removed from all streaming things, presumably because Maura wrote it / sang on it then left the band immediately. That’s complete speculation.)

Prob not the right thread but I can’t find another one so here goes. In this screenshot you will see two songs that I’ve liked, however, spotify makes it seem like I’ve only liked one. The only way I can tell is the other is downloaded (BECSUSE ITS IN MY LIKED SONGS PLAYLIST). And it doesn’t even always have that. It’s so frustrating cause then I’ll end up liking the same song multiple times, which makes the already shitty shuffle function even worse. This app drives me mad
