You are in for a treat. The Ambassador is fantastic and down on the first floor is perhaps my favorite restaurant in Wichita, Siena Tuscan Steakhouse. I recently read that Siena is where the first organized sit in occurred, which was then called the Dockum Drug Store. Having lived in Wichita for 35 years, this was quite the surprise to learn and read about. I would also recommend going downstairs to the well named speakeasy, Dockum.
