How many people were in it last year?
Start with that. If you did it last year you get a spot if you want it and if you’re not interested your spot goes to the next in line maybe?

We started this season last fall, so we’re already behind.
Also, get your shit together if you want to do this. No excuse for not being able to make a match work within a month window. If you’re not that flexible you probably shouldn’t play the season long need to be flexible tournament.

Maybe I don’t watch enough college sports to visualize a bracket in my head but is it even possible to do a 32 man bracket like we want and give anyone a bye?

What if we weren’t involved last fall, are match play interested, but are tentative on Mudness attendance?

Negotiations have begun to possibly fly back from spring break a day early to make it work, but I already have a few Refuge-related golf trips on the 2022 calendar, so might be pushing it with this “great idea.”

I’m gonna let 2020/21 match play people get first crack at the signup. From there anyone else interested can sign up if there’s spots left.

I personally don’t doubt your flexibility to make matches happen if you advance.

This. @jbors was herding cats for the entire year.

Could have everyone throw in $10 that we make a trophy with. Could weed some people out and also add to the #experience with hardware.

Link going out on my lunch period. I will reach out to the Ope-In guys and just continue the arrangement from from year if possible. My guess is the Open-In will just act as the midwest regional competition to see who goes to the NLU club championship.
