I think that is the goal if we split north versus south. We could do Lion’s or Mo Willy this year, then Pine Dunes, or DFW Muni next year, so on and so forth.

Can I add my name to this, even though I don’t live in Texas? I mean, I would travel down for events and such. And with my knowledge of Austin and its dining scene (I think most of you Duel at SAT folk can attest to my knowledge of restaurants in Austin), plus my willingness to go to SAT blind last weekend, I think it would make me an honorary Texan.
Heck, I would consider Texas my second home now!

Luckily no one is in charge and there are no rules. I think we need to do it in Austin just so we can get @anon24718094 out to Jester King and hear him talk about their beers in person.

I’ve been 3-4 times now…it’s legit! Monday and Tuesdays are only $20/hour for the bay and you can play 90 different courses.

I’m in, although I can’t hit the ball on the club face right now. Lesson tomorrow with John Sosa at River Place will hopefully fix that. Played at Lions on Monday at 9:00 with a foursome, on a pretty crowded day, and was shocked we played in 3:20. Never seen that before out there. Think there were lots of twosomes and threesomes that kept it moving.

Pine Dunes course is great. We usually just take food and cook out. The guy at the front desk does need some customer service training. He called me and accused our group of bringing alcohol on the course and giving the cart girl a hard time and we were still on the range.
I’m going to be in San Antonio covering the UIL girls basketball championships this weekend. Anyone down for a round on Friday? I can play anywhere at any time.

I’m at the Sheraton near the riverwalk. Don’t mind driving though.
