Yeah fairways are great, greens had some trouble last summer with the high temperatures and random water storms that just flooded the place. They’re in top shape now though.
Going out to play 36 tomorrow at Pine Dunes. I’ll ask around for any deals and report back on conditions.

I’m a new member of the Nest and Refuge and saw the Texas thread. I’m in DFW and always looking to expand my network of golf buddies. HMU if anyone ever needs a fourth.
Also wanted to check and see if anyone has heard anything on the Dallas Am being at Trinity Forest again this summer, and details on qualifying.

I’m up in Philly but coming down to Austin in a few weeks. I have an 810am tee time at Wolfdancer on Monday the 17th. I can’t get any of the schmucks I work with to commit to playing. Any interest from folks here?

Welcome amigo! As far as I have heard it will remain at TF. Should be in July still …with qualifiers usually at the Dallas City public courses…Cedar Crest etc…

I won’t be able to make it, but you’ll love the course. Played it this past summer and it’s a fun track. Great land and great hole. Have fun!

The only downside of rockwood for an event is they have no grille. Their new one won’t be done until next year. Need to do post round beers somewhere after.
