A thread for the Texas folks

I saw the same thing. I love a good Buccee’s stop but that was just insanity.

ya, we luckily opted to skip it on our drive back Saturday. Went with Woody’s instead

Southern Texas roost is now loving referred to as STROHs - the Southern Texas Roost of Hospitality. We take everyone (except those dallas degenerates). Sign ups going strong - ~26 have indicated interest, 22 of them being Nest members.

South texas nesticles, come join us! Sign up sheet for reference - South Texas Refuge Roost - Southern Texas Roost Of Hospitality (STROHs) - Google Sheets

I’ll be getting an email thread out, and whatsapp invite shortly. I want to start gathering ideas for tournament types, courses, dates, and get a first-half matchplay thing kicked off too. Onward!

Just signed my job offer in Fort Worth to start next July. I’ll be in Tulsa until then. Any qualms with me joining the DFW roost now?

It’s just Big Plex.

This petition is much bigger than just the roost. We’ll strike that line item.

I’m sure Sonny Dykes suddenly agrees with your point.

Why would we want to join you slobs?

You are about to go under the knife anyway so your opinion is irrelevant.

Seriously, get the wing fixed and get better soon.

I still have about 18 hours left, so I need to make the most of it.

Hey everyone! New Refuge Member located in Waco, TX. I’ve been a golfer my whole life and stumbled onto the NLU boys a couple of years ago. Looking to see if there are any other members in the Central Texas area.

Cheers!

Welcome @Kileyword. Check out our TX contingent on these Roll Call threads. A thread for the Texas folks and Roll Call: Austin/San Antonio

Did you just link to the thread we are currently in? That’s some inception shit right there
