Wild World of Golf: Should DJ Be Banned For Cheating?

This was fantastic!

I second everyone’s comments about Randy walking off the yardage and then the camera revealing it was all carry over water.

Howevah, the best moment, and I almost woke my kids up laughing, was when Randy was describing Tron’s strategy going into the last 2 holes and how “his point values will be completely ignorant and I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes alone and absolutely gets his dick pushed in”. I wouldn’t let any of the major network talent agents get a hold of this or else NLU’s average height may drop back under 5’9.

Great stuff.

“Dennis” - what’s in the can? Has someone already covered this?

If you are a competitor, why would you ever correct him? He’s only hurting himself. Worst 4 I’ve ever seen in my life.

Looked like a Miller Lite to me.

Hah, I think it was a Natty Light, which for some reason was in the Killhouse fridge despite the fact that all of us have gray hair.

Tron seems to find the fairway frequently, and he makes a ton of putts. He looks like its his first time playing golf when he tries to chip though.

I will ride for @Tron here. We shot this months ago and, while yes, his chipping was in a hilariously dark place then, he’s been deep in the lab getting it fixed and shown great improvement. I’m a little worried that 2019 might be a big year for TC’s game.

You’ve seen @Tron play? Or have you seen one nine hole match, and a bunch of other internet clips?

Absolutely loved the sawed off club shaft w/ grip as the microphone. While I’m sure it was fake and just there for aesthetics, sound quality outside on the course was good.

NLU WWoG might be TOO good…

“Pollinating” might have been my favorite Big Randy comment the whole show. So good

Has anyone talked about Curtis’ decision to wear a rash guard to golf? Pretty sure that is an unprecedented move. Is this something we can expect to see rolled out on the Web or PGA tour? I’m a surfer myself, but not sure how I feel about it. #kookoftheday

great content!

Honestly, I think some swings just translate poorly to video. Some of Tron’s swings do look rough on video, but I have played with him and didn’t feel that way at all out on the course. He looked fine and was obviously a great player.

Also, I always remember when Soly and Tron went to Aronomink right before the event there last year and played it from the tips. Pretty sure they shot like 78-84? I would have shot a million out there with that rough and those greens.

Tron shot 79 from the tournament tees (par-3’s being the exception) at Aronimink, less than a month before the event.

As a northerner who does NOT handle humidity well, I always have a set of rain gloves on me in the summer for this exact reason. It looks dumb as shit, but sometimes rockin’ the Mickelson murder-gloves on a sunny day in July is necessary.

it IS impressive the way you’re all living a college life.

I thought of a song the other day: “21 at midnight, 40 in the morning”

Bring a guitar to the RIInger…I think I’m going to.

I think golf needs a Jamie O’Brien equivalent #whoisCLuck

If we aren’t here to make sweeping generalizations off of little actual data and evidence, what are we even doing here?

I’ve played with T too. Good player. Really good player. AND I suffer from same wedge affliction, although I’ve dramatically improved in last year. That said, his swings only look rough on video because of that steep angle. Takes a divot with every club, every shot…well, maybe not a driver of the deck #saucemove

This is a good take.
