For real though he keeps it in play, and his putting would seem to make up for his chipping woes. It isn’t too far-fetched to think he’d play around a 4. Just start videoing him from his good side. Or stills only.
What is the Refuge if not a place to make wild accusations based on little evidence. If anything Soly’s refusal to go low should be ripped more than Tron’s swing.
All I remember was being shocked at how well both of you scored. Not because I didn’t think you were good (I knew you were), but because of how hard tour set up and conditions are. That video was damn impressive, stuck with me.
This is it, exactly. But clearly it works. I mean he won the Dash to Dornoch with the freeze bearing down on him for crying out loud!!
So a Wofl/Bull Hammer question… On the first hole Hank is awarded a “Rambo” (first blood) dot after tapping in for his par, but Curtis was technically away and made his birdie, Shouldn’t the Rambo have actually gone to Curtis?
Loved the video. Outstanding on all fronts. I still can’t follow Wolf Hammer. I feel like I played with Soly he would take all my money, no matter how I played. He’s over there rattling off Hammer Take Hammer SpitBack like an auctioneer. I’ve read the PDF 5 times now, still have trouble following.
But-- please do more of these. Emmy for Randy. Outstanding stuff.
They play with an obscene amount of junk which makes it way too complicated, imo. You have to start out with the 10 you think will happen most often and then build up from there if you want.
Wolf Hammer is little more than the dot game with some exotica sprinkled in. That’s it.
The Hammer and Take elements are pure assholery (see @soly at the 55:53 mark)
By the way- never seen a more boring 30 for 9 holes. Hank The Tank, indeed. Baller.
Okay, this was well worth staying up for until 3:30 AM. I was kinda scared I wouldn’t make it to the end when I saw it was well over an hour long, but it really flew by.
This was so much fun to watch. Randy will soon be lured away by big network $$$, and Dennis is a natural, but the true star of the night was the golf itself. Monster drives, great putts, shanks, duffed chips, fat an thin shots, this was almost too much too handle.
I think Curtis Luck and Hank Lebioda were two awesome players to do this with. Do don’t have a profile big enough that they are required to act a certain way, I highly doubt this would be more fun if you guys did this with big name players. I only knew Lebioda by name, but by the words of the late Charley Murphy: This cat can ball, man…
Soly’s driver swing is a thing of beauty. Keeping up with the big boys is impressive, especially whilst keeping it reasonably in play. Watching Tron’s short game is incredibly endearing. It’s the same thing with Randy’s putts; you know they will fuck it up, they no they’ll fuck it up, but you just keep rooting for them to succeed anyway, hoping this will be the shot that cures them.
I’ve heard a lot about wolf(hammer), but this one of the first times I’ve actually seen it play out, and I love it. It’s also easy to see how this can get waaaaaaay out of hand…
Just an awesome production guys! I can’t wait for the next episode!
I got up out of my chair when I saw @soly’s swing on the first tee. Was surprised to see at the 8:24 mark he’s 20 yards behind the “big boys.” Not exactly keeping up, but I like his action.
Frankly, I’m pissed that I stayed up late and binge watched then got to work and now I’m binge posting.
Dammit, Karen. These are the only work hours we had!
