Got my whoop a couple of weeks ago and just stuck my head in here to get some tips and saw the April challenge.

Great timing as I got a dexascan yesterday and apparently I’m borderline obese (184cm/6’1”, 102kg/225lb). Siiiick!

Joined the group and I am in for the challenge. Even though I have squandered the first 14 hours of day one…

Does the bicep band typically trend lower than wrist for strain?

It’s much more accurate, especially for golf. It’s pretty much the exact same when on a bike, but golf will be around a 14 riding in a cart while with the bicep band, is normally around a 6. The swinging action, hitting the ground, etc, seems to throw off the wrist band. Rory and JT went to the bicep for this rain

Any way we can get a second competition going for highest cumulative recovery? :sweat_smile:

Got the J&J shot Tuesday evening. Minimal arm soreness and felt a bit of fatigue yesterday but all in pretty good. Back to feeling completely fine today.
