Are you a vampire?
Whoop group. Going to run a little April strain contest in here. Everyone in the NLU Group is able to participate.
Rules:
Cumulative strain data for the month of April will decide the winner
Day 1 is Thursday, April 1st. The final day will be April 30th at 11:59PM.
Shit stirring/egging people on highly desired.
@MerchCzar and I are going to get involved in this one. Can’t wait to call out you fluffers who wake up with 5 strain, do no activities and hit 14 for the day!
Winner gets a Whoop band of their choice and $50 NLU Pro Shop credit.
I’m certain these guys just strap their whoop to a ceiling fan and come back at dinner time.
Is this an early april fools joke?
Lol. Pie meet face. Will fix that.
Runs out to buy all the bubble wrap
Just going to start swinging a wedge in my office. Probably get a 14.
Im going drink beer and ride around in a golf cart all month. Easy win.
Thankfully I cannot answer this personally but my understanding is that MANY people discovered they had COVID by this exact thing happening.
Might need to drop the bicep band and go back to the wrist for this one
This may just be what my quarantine enhanced body needed to get motivated and back to working out.
Damn all those people complaining about “fluffed” strains scores gonna be awfully quiet this month lol
This should be fun. Sucks I’m getting 2nd dose of my covid shot at the end of the month. Assuming it will knock me out for 2-3 days.
36 hours post Pfizer 2nd dose and I think it broke my whoop. I’ve never gotten a resp rate below 17, and Its extremely consistent. Also said I was in bed for over 9 hours but only got 7 hours of sleep. My HR has been pretty high
I get my shot in 4 hours
Getting mine this afternoon as well. Interested to see how my data is in the morning.
Don’t know which vaccine I’m getting yet.
Getting J&J at 2:30. I’ve had Covid already, so we’ll see how this goes
I had mine sunday, first pfizer. No effects here.
It said my recovery was bad monday but i ran a lot sunday pre shot
Hey, my Respiratory Rate is consistently similar to yours! That’s the ONLY metric that’s true about but I’m going to consider this a win
