No, I’ve never manually tracked my sleep. The band has always autodetected my sleep. Regardless if that’s 100% accurate, I have no doubts that I’m typically asleep within the first minute when my head hits the pillow.

First workout today since my covid scare… it was a tough scene… still battling something but Whoop been showing me in the green for a few days, which is nice.
Unfortunately, the latency really only tracks accurately unless you manually start sleep. It has no way of knowing when you get into bed to start trying to fall asleep. So it recognized the time you fall asleep as when you start to fall asleep.
Third straight day waking up to a middle of the road yellow recovery. HRV is trending down, RHR is trending up, but RR is stable. Hoping this is just due to my lack of exercise as of late.
my first day of red recovery at 14%. I have more bad days than good days right now. last night was brutal…one of the worst i’ve had since actually being down.
since i’m still learning what all the numbers mean…i’m assuming this is a tough scene…
Tuesday was the only day I felt great this week. I walked 6 holes in the late afternoon and truly felt like I was past the bad shit. Boy was I wrong.
I haven’t been back to the gym except for 1 day last week. felt good when I did it…then felt like shit for days afterward. absolute chaos this is.
Oh boy. We are trending back down. Second covid test was negative but this cold/flu is winning.

So I actually re edited my sleep because it auto detected that I woke up at 6:51, when I really woke up at 9:20. I hate how this happens.
A lot of the recovery data points are captured during the last SWS cycle. This is what can cause those updates. Not all sleep is good sleep so perhaps the “new” last SWS in your edited range was “worse”.
