That’s good to know. Only had 1:13 of SWS, part of which was in the time when recalculated.
Finally took the plunge. Ordered a upper arm sleeve as well. Anyone use one regularly?
I’m considering using that as my main wearing option since I already wear a watch, and I’ve heard the upper arm gives more accurate results.
Update: Eating lunch and can taste/smell everything normally
I doubt it’s Rona. If you really want to see tanked results scroll up… ended up taking 2 tests.
More likely nothing more than a blip, or you’re body could be fighting a cold. Wouldn’t worry too much, look at tomorrow’s results.
That’s kind of what I’m thinking. We just had a huge fluctuation in temp here, about a 30ish-degree drop in one night, which always messes with my congestion and head.
If the trend continues, I’ll get a test tomorrow. Just going to take it easy today and drink a lot of water.
That’s more than likely it. I’ve been on and off sick for a week. Mix cold, touch of stomach flu, got tested a week ago and the middle of the week, both negative. But I had a ton of readings all over the place. It’s been a rollercoaster.
And anything under 20 for respiratory rate is “normal” range. I’ve had mine bump up temporarily due to weather, general illness, stress. Interested to see how things go.
I’ll be sure to keep the thread updated. Hoping it’s just a blip and I’m fighting off a minor cold
I didn’t lose my taste/smell until 4 days post positive test result…6 days after my first symptoms.
Did it return?
See my post above about the tire pumping
taste is back but very bland…i can’t taste some things. I used to drink Lime Lacroix and now it tastes AWFUL. Water tastes like pasta water. The only way I can drink it now is with Liquid IV in it.
I can’t smell anything.
Let’s be honest, covid did you a favor…

But really. Hope you get better soon!
the whoop is really on point with the numbers vs how I feel. interesting stuff.
Morning all! Looks like yesterday was just a blip. RR is back down to normal along with RHR. HRV is still somewhat low, but I may just be fighting off a minor cold.
I was under the weather recently as well and thought with what folks are showing I’d show my Whoop numbers.
Wasn’t COVID, but seemed like a run of the mill sinus/congestion thing (no cough, no fever, no shortness of breath).
Respiratory rate and RHR climbed up and HRV dropped. Really feel like I didn’t feel “good” again until these for more to normal.
Respiratory Rate over 2 weeks:
RHR over same period:
Now HRV:
Looks like that little spike in RR was just a blip. Woke up in the green today and all of my numbers are back to normal.
Just a week or so into use, still learning what everything means and trying to make the most of it.
Question on the sleep results: is there a way to make your sleep activity show as the time of day rather than the time elapsed? I’d rather see the AM/PM time versus the 4 hour 15 minute mark
