Whoop Band | NLU Group Code: COMM-NLUNLU

One suggesting that’s come from Whoop support is to plug into a PC USB port and see if th battery comes back to life.

Otherwise probably just need a new battery.

I could not charge mine with anything but my wifes macbook charger at one point but after plugging it into that worked fine with all charges again

Mine randomly died when it had a full battery, I had to let it sit for a couple of days and then charge the battery pack with the whoop connected to it. Worked twice in about 4 months and I’m worried a replacement unit will have more issues.

After 2 years and 4 months, COVID got to me.

Anyone notice their WHOOP is holding charge less and less? I’m down to having to charge mine every 3-3.5 days now.

Every 3-4 weeks I seem to need to reboot the device. Obviously, its not effective long term, but it does help.

From the app → the bars on the bottom right → Device Settings → Advanced → Reboot Device

Charged mine Monday morning and I’m at 45%, so looking at another charge probably tomorrow afternoon? Maybe Friday? Battery life has not been great with 4.0

I tried this along with a few other things with no success. Whoop just sent me a whole new device after explaining the situation.

I’ve only had my whoop for about 3 months too.

Gone about a fairly normal day and whoop still has me at 0.0.

Comments here are worrying.

I’ve gotten wayward of my 2022 fitness goals and was thinking the whoop might get me back on track.

Is the 4.0 worth getting and paying for?

There are downsides to it, no doubt. Overall I feel it’s helped me with fitness goals in a few ways. The biggest thing it has helped me with is sleep tracking. I’ve gotten a lot more consistent with going to bed at certain times, and have gotten more sleep because of it. I also consume a lot less alcohol than I did and less frequently as well.
I wouldn’t say it’s made me work out more, but it’s made be better prepared to work out, if that makes sense.

Pretty much this. It’s not going to “make you work out more” or motivate you to work out more.

But if you’re serious about getting back into shape, the sleep tracking and understanding recovery can help you push yourself if you’re motivated.

Agree with the last two comments 100%. Really helped with sleep and fitness improvement. I’m training for a marathon so seeing my fitness go up has been pretty cool and noticed a big difference in how I feel the next day by trying to stick to the sleep targets

Massive eye opener aswell when you wake up after being on the beer the night befor and see how much it has wrecked your body overnight.

I’ve not have not had any issues yet either. Defo recommend.

Midway through the up north golf season, and, boy, my Whoop tan line is strong.

I use the bicep band and have a terrible farmers tan but is so much more pronounced on the whoop arm.

Yeah, I pretty much only use the bicep band when I play to try and prevent this from happening. My bicep band is covered by my shirt 90% of the time when I’m playing though.

I only wear my band on my right wrist. Have been a wearer for 2.5 years now and only every take it off in the shower.

Was out at the pool on Saturday and decided to take it off for a bit. Everyone I was with was appalled or impressed (depending on your view) with my tan line.
