Anybody have a spare battery pack for the 4.0 they would part with?

Looks like they are back ordered on the site.

It’s amazing what taking a break booze and exercising regularly can do. Haven’t had a drink in 2 weeks, and for the last week my average recovery is 79% with an average of 13.6 strain

Hell yea man. That’s awesome.

I actually got an email from WHOOP a few weeks back saying that they had automatically adjusted mine. Was very curious and read this article. Find it interesting that they use a different method for calculating Max HR as opposed to the typical 220-age.

Yeah found that interesting. Pretty cool they actually taking a benchmark for it not just doing ā€œthe mathā€.

But for those that have weird readings. Worth checking out what your current max is.

My wife and I just updated ours. Basically looked at my max heart rate from a few peloton FTP tests and updated it with that. Weirdly enough, it was only 1 bpm off from the 220 - age calc

Mines higher than I thought. But pretty accurate I think.

Did anyone else’s journal update for today? Not sure if I like the new format, the swiping of the cards seemed very easy and simple to me.

I’ve had it for about a week or so. I didn’t like it at first but I’m used to it now (aka how I react to 99% of UX changes).

Which is very fair and probably what will happen for me. I’ll just continue to yell at the clouds for another few days.

I’ve had it for a week or so… same with you guys. But it’s WAY nicer the more i used it. quicker to journal.

I haaaate this new journal. I am wondering how they ever thought this format was better. But, maybe I will get used to it and see benefit like you guys :crossed_fingers:

What’s your issues with it? I just used it for the first time and it seemed a LOT more convenient than the cards.

My complaint with it is how it asks you further questions about what used to be an individual card. Like when it asks about Melatonin Y/N, now it takes you out of that journal checklist into a new format that isn’t the slide bar for mg’s and time that I was used to. Just feels cumbersome imo.

i liked the cards because i could see my percentage yes/no right there on it. How do i see it now?

Just didn’t seem user friendly and took longer for me. Seemed like I was just squinting at the screen and checking these tiny boxes instead of flipping through flash cards super quickly.

Question on the NLU code: if you do the monthly membership (pay by the month rather than annually), does the promo code apply to each month or only the initial purchase? If not to each month billed thereafter, then it seems like the best approach is to pay for a full year.

Thanks for the help.

My whoop is dead, unrecognized by the app and not charging. Any suggestions?

The NLU promo is for 12,18,24 months only.

Month to month offers no discount.
