I just changed my alarm time for the start of the working week tomorrow. It took all of 15 seconds.

Agree an alarm you can tailor to different days would be better, but it’s not a massive deal.

lol I wonder about the alarm sometimes. Had it set for 730am. The kiddo decided we were going to be up at 630.

My 4.0 charger pack appears to have shit out on me after 2 times using it…

Weird because I thought mine died today too because it wasn’t charging with the included cable. I used a different usb-c cable though and it started charging. Is that something you’ve tried?

I have… The stubby cable works to charge my phone and another known-good cable I have doesn’t seem to wake up the charger pack. Waiting for the Whoop hardware team to get back to me.

They are sending me another, but sent a method to try charging that I’ve not seen before that I’ll try later tonight.

Thanks for sharing this!! I just noticed my battery pack doesn’t seem to be charging at all today.

Didn’t work for me. Going to need to revert back to my old strap while I wait for a replacement… Bummer.

Hadn’t checked on the NLU whoop group in awhile. Felt pretty good putting up a 17 strain today and I barely cracked top ten. @Sarah you kick some ass today or what?

I cracked the top 10 for the first time on thanksgiving….followed that up with 2nd to DFL in recovery the next day. This past weekend was a whoop roller coaster

I’ve been gunning for that top spot all month!

I’m only 204 spots back from you @Sarah. My “no cardio” strategy isn’t vaulting me up that leaderboard as much as I’d hoped.

Definitely a bit of a letdown when you absolutely drill yourself in the weights room and afterwards the app tells you “nice 6.2 strain workout, champ. Weak-as-piss workouts like the one you just did are… umm… restorative? It’s not much value tbh, maybe try harder next time.”

Anyone other than @JScore having issues with their 4.0 Battery Pack? Tried getting ahold of Customer Service yesterday, but they’re ghosting me now.

That’s one of my few gripes with Whoop, is it’s all based off heart rate. So you’ll work your ass of lifting but not raise your HR like you would on a small jog.
Disclaimer: I am not smart enough to have a solution for this and will leave that to people who are smart

I know some people have implemented some cardio (jumping rope, jumping jacks, burpees) in between sets to help with whoop score and cardio.

Always worth trying something new at the gym.

I’ve done this with my weight training and it seems to help. I’ll do some jump rope as part of my warm up to get my heart rate going and I find it tends to keep my HR elevated during my lift.

Typically can get my weight lifting to 8 - 8.5 on average when doing this.
