Also a viable option. Having options and making choices slaps.
The bicep band sucks ass. There I said it.
Maybe it’s my massive guns and all, but such a pain. Uncomfortable. Gets caught in the shirt. Cuts off circulation or is too loose. No middle ground.
I’ll ride my 17 strain for sitting my cart for 18 holes aallll daaaay.
This is what you said.
Hideki and Cink wore on the wrist in their wins this month. Rory is photographed above wearing it on his wrist during the 2021 Masters.
You were wrong and need to just take the L.
There’s no need. You. Were. Wrong.
Mind sharing how they told you to thread it?

This is what it looks like threaded correctly:
This is what it looked like before (when I got the rogue strain score):
Oh yes. That was definitely not optimal.
Thank you, I had it threaded the incorrect way you showed.
Likewise. Adjusted. Will be interesting to see if there is less fluffing involved in my exercise going forward.
I definitely have found it more comfortable and more stable the new way. I used to adjust the band 4-5 times a day, either tensioning it a bit or letting it out. Now I set it when I thread the band and that’s it, stays set.
It’s just been a few minutes and I’ve noticed the same.
I’ll be curious as to how this affects my numbers, especially sleep.
I moved the bicep band today - it’s already way more comfortable than the wrist (which I’ve had for 7 months). I wonder if it continue that way long term, but I think I’ll stick with it.
There’s a permanent spot on my skin from the sensor being there.
Same. Pretty sure I’m wearing it tight enough, lol
Any noticeable diff between the bicep strap and the sleeve? Or which u prefer?
Well second dose was yesterday afternoon. Felt fine. Went for a run. Drank close to 2 gallons of water. Started getting a “stiff” shoulder at the end of the day. My daughter agreed it was a good day to sleep in.
Feel fine today. Sore arm/shoulder
Never worn the sleeve. I am comfortable with the bicep strap. Definitely a huge difference in my strain measurements wearing them. Once had it on my wrist and got like 15 strain just from attempting to get my tubeless bike tires to hold air. I had a 20+ strain day from golf early on and then with the bicep band I haven’t had that problem again.
The most I’ve ever got walking with the bicep strap (push cart) is in the neighborhood of 17. Very hilly (Pittsburgh) course.
Thanks - gonna get one. I really don’t like the wrist one for my workouts anyway.
Thank you for posting this. I had mine wrong the whole time like a damn idiot.
