Where did you play this week? (Part 2)

Second part of my Canadian mini trip at tpc Toronto heathlands. Maybe the only affordable tpc course in the North America? The whole round was $700 CAD for a foursome with carts and it’s a fantastic links course at that. Can’t wait yo go back and check out the other 2 courses they have on premises.

Way up in the middle of nowhere at the Wilderness Club in MT with @benjkodi and a rotating cast of 60+ others.

Hard to capture the elevation changes.

A good one:

Bonus twilight golf.

The view from our deck:

And the real golf doesnt start for a few more days…

Banff Springs. The course was fun and a little quirky but the scenery was unlike any course I’ve ever played. If you find yourself in the area, definitely check it out. Served as a nice off day in between leg crushing hike days.

Got married a few weekends ago and because my wife is awesome, she agreed to honeymoon at at place with two world class golf courses and didn’t mind me disappearing for several hours every day and playing a total of 116 holes of golf over the 7 days.

The Punta Mita Golf Club has two Nicklaus courses, Pacifico, famous for the “Tail of the Whale” island green, with 8 water front holes, and the Bahía course, also with great views but what I think has better green complexes and more interesting greens.

Had an absolute blast and I highly recommend it.

Pro tip if you end up visiting Punta Mita,- They don’t advertise it but if you have access to the course, you can get a weekly membership instead of paying the $225 +10% service fee +16% tax per round. You can pay a flat fee up front which gives you unlimited golf for what amounts to around $200 each day which includes the service fee and taxes.

I figured getting the big man to Block Island RI on a summer Saturday might be a tough pull so we just had a close college friend do it.

Got my first look at Surf Golf & Beach Club in North Myrtle Beach yesterday. Teed off at 12:26 and was absolutely the hottest round of golf I have ever played. Real feel was 110ish and I will not make that mistake again. The course was fantastic and the company even better! @iPress @Cooperk11

I was fortunate enough to get out to Inverness Club this past Friday. God that place is lovely. Didn’t get any pics but, man, that place is unreal.
