Played Osage National River/Mountain routing in the Lake of the Ozarks for my brothers bachelor party. Almost died of heat stroke but made it through with probably my best round in 3-4 years.

Both pretty good courses, but I tell you, I am not going to miss golf in Alaska very much other than the views. I am not the most accurate driver of the golf ball, but even a ball slightly off line in Alaska gets lost in thick weeds and forest. I just got back from playing in Ohio. Got 4 rounds in, may have lost 4 balls total. Losing only 4 in one round in Alaska is a good day for me.

In the land of thrills, spills and wild rides, 12North answers the question I’ve been asking - What would Pirates Cove look like as a big kid? 12 holes with roller coaster ridges and log flume slopes are fit into the side hill between the big course in a fun out and back routing that will have you wanting to go again. Plenty of teeing ground options per hole add to the replayability and hole-in-one chase. Especially on the neighboring 3rd and 9th with bowled green pockets. The price is a little steep but when paired with a trip around the new putting course you can easily spend a couple hours messing around. Very good putting course with humps and bumps and well placed pins where you can make 1 or 6. Grab some Spotted Cows and enjoy the afternoon.

That looks awesome. We played the Bann Course while over for The Open. I wish we would’ve played there instead of Ballyliffin. That place was a bit of a let down. Here’s some pics of the Bann Course!

Let me know. I got elected to the NGC Board this past winter so get passes. Would be great to treat you to a round at NGC-I’m a high school VP so don’t have a very flexible work schedule, but if I am holidays would join you. Even if I can’t get out there, I can get you a pass.
If I know you from the Refuge that’s good enough for me-at least most members of the Refuge-there’s a few I would ghost.
As for @notjk I owe him-he’s my Mule for bringing stuff up from the States for me that I can’t get up here or would be hit with stupid shipping costs-I have a great Jones Bag thanks to him.
