@EwLane This shot on 14 was incredible, takes a true visionary to see that window and then to execute the shot was another level. They saw to never hit a hard layup but sometimes they would be wrong!

@chewy hit maybe the longest drive I’ve ever seen in person. Just absolutely smashed a ball in the morning round that was a solid 75 yards past the rest of it.

Favorite shot I hit:
TIE
The outta nowhere birdie bomb I made from the left side of the slope on 4 of the short course for back-to-back birds for the team when we were clearly out of it.
Also I’m really proud of the bunker shot I hit on 17 from the back bunker. @Waffles told me I’d be dead back there if I bailed there off the tee and I put it to about 5 feet. Naturally missed the putt tho.
Best shot I saw was really all of @Broth’s back nine in the stroke play. Dude touched the zone for the last few holes!

Favorite shot was my recovery shot after I hit a massive pulled tee shot on 10 to the 18 fairway. High fade/cut 5 iron through the trees just short of 10 green where I of course missed the birdie putt after I chipped on.
Favorite shot(s) I saw was one of the many approach wedges from @ArizonaBirdMan on the first 18. He was lethal with a wedge in his hand as I’m sure many saw in the alt short portion.

Truly enjoyed rolling through 18 with @sea_bear, @jknudtson and Dylan. All absolute menaces. Too many favorite shots to pick one, but it would have to be one of Dylans many absolute bombs or the @sea_bear driving iron laser beams, aspirational ball flights.

The pink levels are flirting with circa 2003 at Arizona State levels from the boys. We are a bunch of women in ugg boots with it being 100+ degrees out and a hot new single from 50 Cent away from fulfilling the prophecy.

I took a little time to write this because I have been on the road pretty much since leaving Phoenix on Monday. I can’t tell y’all how good last weekend was for me. Because of family health issues and work issues, the last two years have been pretty emotionally rough and that has affected a lot of things with golf being one of them.
I haven’t had fun playing golf for a while and it had got to the point of only playing for my monthly roost round. I came to love golf as a day with the boys and some cold beers, so only playing when I’m grinding for a score is a beatdown for me. Getting to play both days in awesome groups and playing well on Sunday has me excited to go to the golf course again. So thank you to everyone that made the Tumbleweed so fantastic! Can’t wait to do it again next year.
