Sheesh, as a Houstonian you can tell Bo didnt come into the city much growing up, given that was a long time ago and the city proper has changed crazily in ten years. Also Memorial Park is not a new golf course, it has been there since WW1 as a training ground and has hosted the Houston Open many times before. Great city boys, come get educated on Mexican Food, Proper Brisket, and Lone Star Beer.

Food Scene: yikes. Pappadeux and good happy hours?! Good call on Frenchy’s though. All of our James Beard awards demand a Mea Culpa ASAP. @Tron 's absence is surely to blame here.
Sight Seeing: Nothing to see other than people watching in the Galleria and the Post Oak Hotel. Could not possibly agree more! Our landmarks are lame and the city is not what people would call pretty.
Grocery Stores: Bomani dropping Randall’s?!?! Saves himself with HEB. Giving major props for the disaster preparedness of HEB.
Arboretums: huge miss here… the tournament is essentially being played in an arboretum. We’ve got botanical gardens, bird sanctuaries and much more… That’s without even driving down to the coast.
Airports: if you’ve got two do you really have one?

Being gone from Houston for close to 5 years, I can confidently say one of the things I miss the most is HEB/Central Market. Please do not take these grocery stores for granted!
Edit: Also El Tiempo and Tex-Mex. Does El T still bring the fire?
