Thanks gang. This is great intel.
Play well. Stadium Course is in great shape.
Thanks! Playing the Stadium Course in the final round on Monday
Keep in mindâŚ
All restaurants/bars require proof of vaccination in the city of Palm Springs. The rest of the cities in the valley donât have that requirement currently.
Not sure what the status of vaccination is in your party. Just keep that in mind.
No issues on the vax card for my guys. Thanks again for the help!
Do you need any yardage books/course intel? I can send you some shit if youâve never played the courses before.
Yeah that would be very helpful!
Sure, yardage books and shit are helpful, but what you really need is http://www.pinkspidergolf.com/.
I was just out there in November and we only found one restaurant that asked for vaccine proof if you wanted to eat indoors. We are at the restaurant for breakfast outdoors under awnings and weeny asked about Vax status.
That restaurant was The Farm and it was top shelf breakfast.
We ordered Uber Eats from LC. It was fantastic.
Yessssssir.
The Farm is excellent. Very good rec.
The best Mexican food in the valley is in downtown Indio. From a culinary angle a few restaurants out there put all the touristy Mexican joints for Gringos to shame (I say this while also being able to enjoy Las Casuelas and others like it).
Thanks so much for all the reccâs from this thread and a few others. Iâm going to palm desert in a couple months so I compiled all the reccâs into a collection on yelp. Iâm pretty sure everything on here (for now) was a reccâs from you guys.
Best public courses in Palm Springs/Palm Desert area?
May have three or so days there in March.
Either Desert Willow course. Any of the public PGA West courses. Indian Wells has a good 36 holes. Silver Rock.
This guy has a fairly complete list of the courses there. The rankings are meh but at least itâs a good starting point.
Thank you. Heading there March 10.
Youâre both very bad people. I went last night, and sadly can never unsee what was happening on that dance floor.
Next time, let me know and Iâll join in! I live 1.5 miles from The Nest.
Gah! Totally wouldâve. Went to Bar Cecil for dinner, and it was excellent.
Superb choice. Iâve only been once but loved it.
