@Randyās review of the TS concert sets up for one of the most highly anticipated TD episodes ever. Cannot wait. Take all the time you want Big Guy. The Cincy concert was amazing, and the scene outside of Paycor both nights was incredible. This city went all in on the whole experience and it was like nothing Iāve ever seen before for a concert.
*from a guy who has taken his daughters to every TS concert since 2011, some more than once.

I do Ok now but I sacrificed a fair amount and accept a lot of responsibility for othersā kidsā lives and well being to earn that paycheck. Not that you would probably care, but I aināt apologizing.
I didnāt have much money when I was buying those concert tickets in 2011. Everyone chooses what they spend their money on.

What kind of venues was she even playing in 2011? I saw her in 2009 and she was opening in NBA arenas for Keith Urban and tickets were like $60. Really makes me feel old.

2011 was the first year she played Ford Field. Played at the Palace in the years before.

The funny thing is that DirecTV was one of the first into the Streaming market with DirecTV Now. Itās the service my wife and I used to cut the cord many years ago. Basically got a free AppleTV for signing up.
Loved it for a long time. And then Hulu hit the market and it was cheaper and had better service. They basically lost all their market share overnight.

I tried DirecTV Stream earlier this year so that I could watch hockey. Itās one of the worst interfaces Iāve ever used on an app. Just abysmal experience. Didnāt even last the free trial.

We have Directv Stream and like it. The interface is somewhat clunky but not too big a deal. Picture is great even with multiple tvs in the house watching different stuff.
What made it pretty much our only option is that the RSN for the Cubs is only on Directv Stream and one other streaming option that didnāt have other channels that we wanted.
I am a happy customer after 6 months of using it post cutting the cord.
What was its market cap in 1993?

@Randy you did not disappoint. Very soulful review which is on brand. Enjoyed hearing the perspective of a first timer. This is what every concert has been like: pure joy through and through the crowd.
Next time I see your BIL at Mak Iāll tell him how happy I am to hear his daughter had that experience. We can trade Swiftie dad stories.

Hearing the Big Guy sound so happy during his debrief of the Swift show warmed my heart. Obviously the demographic is very different, but the place that Iāve been where everyone is just happy and has a ācan you believe weāre here?ā mentality is the Masters, and everyone there is just so nice. Iām not a huge Swift fan, but the show sounds like an incredible experience.

I, like Big, wasnāt either before our showā¦ but she absolutely killed it in Chicago. I share all the same sentiments as Randy, it was easily a top 3 people watching experience Iāve seen and the product as a whole was phenomenal. Definitely a fan now
Also I agree with it being on par with the Masters mentality. Didnāt come across a single upset patron at either place
