Trap music is from earlier, so you’re still good.

For sure, I was just making a clarifying point that Jeezy is very much not this generations music

How much does a liquid death cost at the store?

The tea style drinks they’ve been doing are $2.99 at my bodega-equivalent market, they’re 19.2oz cans.

An 8pk off Amazon is $14.94.

I think the sparkling waters are 16.9oz for $1.99. Amazon has an 18pk for $24.22.

Every day and twice on Sunday. I still finish in the top percentage of Gucci listeners on my Spotify wrapped every year

Jeezy is great dont get me wrong - but Gucci and Shawty Lo are the real kings of ATL

In grocery store news, Messi has chosen his store.

I also wonder what’s going through his mind seeing all of the American food available compared to the typical groceries in Paris or Barcelona. Probably realizing this morning during breakfast how bad our fruits and vegetables can get.

I’m glad the LIV twitter accounts were discussed today. Seems like @MerchCzar got some weight off his shoulders being able to discuss that topic. @Randy (via KVV) with wise words, great perspective about how small the platform is for the LIV twit brigade. @KVV with helpful context about the media (journalism) industry. Overall a solid pod.

Some constructive feedback for the crew:

  1. Don’t ask for questions if you won’t use them. (you did answer one, so technically did what you said you’d do)
  2. Are we really still doing the listener feedback line? Maybe I black out when those voicemails are used/answered? I could be way off here. Feel free to roast me for it if so.

If Mizzou’s J-school (the TRUE J-school in America, suck it Greenberg!) taught me anything it’s that the newspaper world is just ruthless and I did not have the stomach for it.

It’s marketing. Publix is a Inter Miami sponsor. He also drove to the store in an Audi.

We certainly could have been more organized on this pod (I was also having mega wifi issues and dropped in and out of the convo several times…), but I don’t think that answering more questions would solve that.

Soliciting questions helps us create the agenda and topics to discuss, but honestly, when we ask for questions, most of them either stink, aren’t serious, or are way way way too long to read out on the pod. I would push back on the idea that we have an obligation to read questions aloud if we cover the topics those questions ask. But yes, we could do an episode in the future that is pure Q&A.

Yes, we still have the listener feedback line, and yes, we still listen to it, but again, a lot of the messages stink. I do think we could try and load in some good ones in an upcoming episode.

The only criticism I have for this episode was that you didn’t put @KVV into the Funktank. True opportunity missed.

He’s already been in the Funk Tank!

discussing the better questions/VMs might dissuade those who don’t take it serious from submitting in the future. That sucks that you get a lot of garbage. C’mon people, show some respect!

That’s so lame.
