Update (cc: @Conley76) - it’s good. Ice cream is great - kinda pumpkin pie, cinnamon toast crunch? The oyster crackers are okay, some are kinda mushy while others do provide the nice intended crunch.

The graeters stand at Easton didn’t have it the day after it released. Everyone I know who has tried it has said basically the same thing you did. Mostly cinnamon flavor, a little like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I feel like you have to get some kind of savory element in there. At least some sea salt topping or something.
Randy would kill me but I think Graeters is mid ice cream.
Ice cream is like pizza that it’s all good. But still.
