For sure, but if it’s anything like my previous employer, the higher the level within the consultancy, the lower percentage of their hours are billed to clients.
At my level, the goal was 65-70% billable depending on your discipline. Managing Directors (our version of Partners but without buy-in) were at 25-30%. Global Execs/C-Suite were 20% or less.
I’d assume McK partners are at similar percentages split across their current client relationships regardless of how much time per week they’re on projects.
So my kid who is 10. Really found his own after playing in his 4/5th season. Made the all star team.
So we’re like oh okay, all stars- play with better players (not mentioned coach’s kid who made it) let’s see about travel. There are no openings bc all the teams were formed when the kids were 7/8 and they don’t do tryouts.
So at least in northern va… if you don’t get in and donate a part of your 401k before the kid even knows he likes the sports. You’re out of luck.
I wasn’t a trap draw listener in 2022, so I am new to the THG lore. I’m (way too?) deep into following the USMNT so I was curious about his soccer takes. Wow. It’s so much more than I expected. THG is so perfectly uninformed, able to fire off takes unencumbered. Great, enraging content.
Count me as IN for more THG appearances. Once a year minimum. Plenty of laughter and the pure disgust that TC/Randy expressed throughout the episode had my attention the entire time
