Finally watched Ep1 last night with the wife.
Good stuff. We both enjoyed it. We also both wondered about the barrage of advertisements. Definitely busted up the vibes a bit as I’m conditioned to head to the second screen when an ad comes up now. Catching up on 400ish posts here cleared that right up.

Funny enough, the weekly sim league is at the front 9 of the Castle Course this week. Played last night and everyone going lowwwwwwwwwww.
If last week was Wes Anderson, some real Kubrick vibes from the subway shots in the various promo posts.

For future Tasmanian journeys, here is a bit of a tease…
I am firmly in the camp of those who would be a 1% chance of traveling to Sweden for golf, but I am 100% going to watch and enjoy the way the NLU guys cover it. The part of the first episode which I enjoyed the most was seeing the experience in the archipelago with the sauna etc. The golf was great, but seeing this part of it was the part I would be most keen to duplicate if I headed that far north.
No idea what to expect with Tourist Sauce, but I really hope you all keep doing it!
