I dont know if anyone has brought this up, but do we know if the 6th finger helped/hurt with the spin rate? I dont think a fastball or something coming off the left side of the hand like a curve would be affected as much, but a changeup with a little bit more friction on the ball… might have a little more sauce on it with the extra digit.
Also Tron’s Joel Zumaya reference reminded me that he once was on the IR in the playoffs for playing to much Guitar Hero. He walked so Kyler Murray could run.

Being such a small digit, can’t imagine it would help at all. More of a pinky toe than a 6th finger.
First thing I thought of when I heard that name. Relief pitchers are weird

Actually, @Tron as someone who sees “Travel Logistics provided by the TC Way” each episode and grins, and is a vacation planner as well, perhaps a deep dive video with you and @djpie could delve into how you guys do plan a trip like this, what your “process” is and such? It might be quite niche but I know I’d eat that up.

Yeah I was just coming to mention him. Lost his pointer and part of his middle finger in a thresher accident, used the remaining three fingers to throw a particularly devastating curveball.

I know @Tron has mixed up his hair choices over the years but seeing him with a completely shaved head is a bit distracting, to be honest. Could have used a heads up on that (I haven’t had a chance to listen to the TS pod yet, I don’t know if the reason for the look was mentioned on there).
What are you doing for the next 11 hours? Oh not much, just waiting for my favorite show to start
