Tourist Sauce S9 - Who will be the golf daddy?

Poetic for Soly, who made the final on the back of a TC drive into a bush, to lose the final by driving it into a bush. Ashes to ashes, the king is dead long live the king, etc.

Alright @Soly, we’re a few months post trip, how’s the back now? Have you found a more long term solution than a steroid cream for horses?

Great season, it was a highly enjoyable watch.

Haven’t had any flare ups in the spot it flared up in Australia. I’ve still got lower back tightness every single day but I’ve had 0.0 days like those final two of the trip.

I was in absolutely miserable physical shape on this trip and am only marginally better now, but I am better and am trending in the right direction finally.

I’d say this is one of my more favorite seasons of TS thus far - the camera work was pretty killer, I loved the general lack of music in that last match to really build the suspense of the round.

My only real criticism was that we saw what felt like a lot of putts where the camera was trained on the person hitting the putt, and not the putt itself. I loved seeing the reaction, but I think it missed a lot without seeing where the ball was actually going

Needing birdie to force extra holes and making it happen is fucking nails. I bet Soly has replayed the putt on 18 many many times but the approach from the rough to get there was true class. Just a great 18th hole of the match.

TC had the Golf Daddy hat in the background too…and Cody said that every member of the crew bought them while on the trip.

it felt intentional - like you could tell the outcome of the putt by the reaction. storytelling/suspense/etc

Ocean Dunes was by far my favorite course of this season

I guess I’m not the only one interested in pet steroids to get through a golf trip. At least one of these has to be someone from here, right?

Well this help my hip/sciatica flare ups?

I mean, from the video @Soly looked like he was uncomfortable just walking around town looking for a physio - then he applies this stuff and looks good as new.

Not gonna lie, as a guy whose low back is a ticking time bomb, has two shoulders that need replacing, and has two golf trips in the next 60 days, I’m seriously considering buying some.

Is this stuff the same as TigerBalm just stronger?

Stuff was SHOCKINGLY effective. You essentially go numb, so I wouldn’t advise using in anything less than a semi-emergency, or in a situation where you aren’t even sure if you could play.

But it took me from “I might make it 3 holes” to being able to play 37 holes over two days. It was semi-miraculous.
