Tourist Sauce S9 - Who will be the golf daddy?

Courtney Barnett
Avalanches
DZ Deathrays
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard
The Beths(NZ)

They still produce a lot of great rock music down there.

Spotify lied (I only watch/listen to this version on YT) because this was my most played in 2023.

Neil Finn is a Kiwi, but Crowded House was started in Melbourne and I think Australia and New Zealand both lay claim. Their best song that is largely unknown to Americans is Weather With You, though it was a hit in many other places. I first heard it played as a cover at the Porterhouse in Dublin in 1998 and immediately had to buy the Crowded House greatest hits CD on Grafton Street. The opening guitar riff seems ripe for use in TS9.

Here’s a little playlist which excludes the big guns like AC/DC, INXS, Kylie, Savage Garden, Midnight Oil, Cold Chisel etc. Feel free to add to it as it does reflect my age (haha):

Sorry - Big Guns and Savage Garden in the same sentence??? :joy:

Unless @djpie has a montage of Randy that fits ‘truely madly deeply’
