I’ve watched and rewatched those three many many times. I don’t think I’ve rewatched any of the others, aside from Australia just to see what it used to be like, and the Lofoten episode is for sure on the greatest hits.

There are 4 or 5 episodes of Oregon season that are as good as anything they’ve done. But the Bandon episodes (after the first one with the road trip to Bandon) really dragged for me.

The domestic stuff just doesn’t hit as much for me and a few of the seasons were a bit too focused on the golf

Maybe the theory that US-based seasons appeal more to overseas viewers has some merit because Michigan and Carolinas are two of my favourites.
Scotland and Scandi would probably sit on the podium with Michigan IMO.
My least favourite would be Ireland and California (although Already Gold is a fkn banger).

It’s interesting how focused it should be on the golf. The audience has varied opinions on this.
I was critical of the choice of Scandinavia for this reason.
And it’s why my favorite seasons are hard core golf trip destinations.

I spend a lot of time in Guatemala for work. Very, very, verrryyyy little golf there. The one course near Antigua got ruined in the last volcanic eruption they had a few years ago.
