Best possible advice. What entitles him / her to 1% of your $ anyway for commoditized advice. That extra savings can be spent on a trip to the UK coast, where the sea and salt air will heal you, and subsequently lower your future medical costs. Win win

I’m wading into dangerous waters here, but with this particular season, is anybody else besides me missing the competition aspect of the California season? I love what they are doing in Ireland and seeing those courses is fantastic, but I loved the matches in the last season.

There’s some super courses around Dublin itself if you needed to be Airport adjacent to catch a flight early next morning etc. etc.
Also some proper pubs around the stadium itself that would be happy to recommend!

I loved the competition in California but I like that every season has a different feel to it.

Yes and no, leaning more towards the no.

Yes, I would like to see a bit more competition, but I also am loving the overview of these places from a tourist perspective. The drone footage, talking about the course, and the history all of these courses have.

Ardare itself is a lovely place a bit like rural Norfolk in England with thatched roof buildings we passed thru it on the drive down from Dublin to Killarney in September ,your met at the entrance by a lad in what looked like a full morning suit and top hat

I felt like the matches helped tell the story of the courses as well. Like I have a better memory of the Pasatiempo finishing stretch of holes because of the match, even though I couldn’t remember who won. So for me personally I found it to be a good vehicle for highlighting the course and making the course stand out.
