Got into NLU during covid (specifically their Oregon Tourist Sauce season) and finally signed up for a Nest membership!
I just moved to the Toledo area from Southern Oregon site unseen with my wife. She grew up here, has family here, got offered her dream job and convinced me to make the leap.
Anyhow, long way of saying I haven’t found any good golf buddies yet and this seems like the perfect opportunity to do just that! So, I suppose this is my way of saying count me in and my formal introduction to the Toledo/Ohio/Midwest NLU community. Cheers!

While I would never disparage the fine people of the OATW roost (but maybe their state), might I also suggest you note and try to make it to Fresh Coast Flock (MI Roost) events? We have a number of guys who live in Toledo but lay allegiance our way

The house I just bought literally backs up to the Michigan border and to be honest, most of the golf that I’ve played has been in Michigan, so I certainly can be convinced! Also, this may not make me any friends here but go Ducks tonight!

So far this is the largest crew we’ve had for the Fropen! This place is so amazing, I appreciate having found a community that is willing to play golf no matter the time of year. So so good.
