Is anyone going to be getting a caddie/forecaddie for any of their rounds or not ideal since we will be mixing up formats. I figured it would at least be nice on 2.

I selected the caddy option, I think it will make the experience better.
We took double bag caddies on 2 & 4 last year. Definitely recommend one on 2, but they have push carts available at 4 if you’d rather not. That said, I don’t know what the caddie experience is like with social distancing so you may want to find out. I think they carry your bag, give you yardages, read putts from a distance, but you pull and clean your own clubs.

I didnt even think about that, I selected walking, but would be interested in a double bag situation/forecaddy on #2
Did I miss something where these options can be indicated? When I called to pay the deposit it wasn’t getting that in-depth yet.

I believe there was an option on the initial sign up, I’m sure anything like that can be amended on site.
Don’t worry about caddie option right now if you didn’t select anything. We will send out another email closer to the event with more details, and how to select caddie options!

Also, highly recommend a caddie on #2. Though not included in the event cost, it is certainly additive to the experience. Also, if anyone is interested, Pinehurst does offer Hickory sets…DJ and I played hickories on #2 from the white tees (about 6200-6300 yards), and it was my favorite golf experience of 2019. If you’ve never played #2, ignore this #woke take, but something to consider for those returning to Pinehurst this year! I may run it back at the event depending on how Team Merch Czar if fairing in the competition (more to come on the format as well…)

@MerchCzar Any chance of getting on the waitlist for this event? Although I am sure it is fairly long and not much chance of getting into the event, you can’t score unless you shoot, am I right… (or is it more relatable to say, can’t eagle the short par 4 unless your pull driver…)

Any idea if they have lefty sets of hickories?
Question for those of you going: my girlfriend Lori, a golf fan in her own right, has expressed interest in tagging along to hang out for the weekend. Anyone else in a similar situation? If it’s just a bunch of us degenerates playing golf and drinking ice cold beers, I’ll politely suggest she sit this one out, but if there will be other people for her to hang with, she would be a fun addition to the crew.
Bring her dude, I brought my wife on a trip to Bay Hill with a different group she had a blast. Unfortunately she won’t be coming on this trip.
