The Cut, A No Laying Up Show is a weekly(ish) wrap up show Hosted by @Cody and myself. The Cut follows No Laying Up’s weekly content lineup, providing a behind-the-scenes analysis of that week’s shows, happenings within the No Laying Up universe, and fun tidbits about working with the NLU5. The show will focus on Cody and Ben’s point of view of No Laying Up’s content offerings as well as other golf news and notes. The show will feature NLU5 appearances, viewer call-ins and much more.
The show is a live video podcast utilizing Riverside.fm Friday’s at 1pm ET, Noon CT. No Laying Up’s Nest members can access the studio with The Refuge provided link. Riverside.fm provides the Hosts the ability to bring studio audience members into the live show to ask questions and provide feedback. Once the live show is complete, No Laying Up will publish The Cut via its YouTube channel.
Is the irony that The Cut will never, ever actually cut at the end of the regularly scheduled programming?
Thanks for doing this, such an awesome idea, genuinely looking forward to being able to tune in on Friday afternoons now that work is very much slowing down. If all else fails for iOS users, we can always just toss questions in here as we watch along.
Good first episode….iOS app users don’t have any option to get involved. Just watch the cameras and listen. Doubt there is anything that can be done about that though
Interesting. Will dig into the IOS issues. And for joining, it will ask you for camera and mic access but we cannot see that unless you ask to join the show. I cannot control anyone who is just in the studio audience.
Thank you for everyone patience joining in. First time we have used Riverside for a live studio and not a closed podcast recording. Plenty of bug to work out and familiarize ourselves with. But at the end of the day, this is a great opportunity to ask the questions you want on any content offering. Or just to say “whats up.” Truly up to you. I started on my phone and was very confused when you were talking about how to join and the chat. Went to it on my computer and it all made sense.
Great job on the first episode and sincerely thank you to all of you guys for doing this. One of my favorite pods each year is the Tourist Sauce recap. But I always find myself in the car listening and wanting to ask a question. So this just adds another layer of enjoyment. Can’t wait until the next one!
